How to Access your Gallery
Receiving your images after the shoot should be one of the funnest and easiest parts of your photographic experience. This blog will walk you through the process of accessing your gallery, and hopefully answer all of your questions.
Here is a quick video that runs through the entire gallery software and how to navigate it. If you would rather read, you can jump down to the Table of Contents below this video to quickly get to what you need help with!

Receiving the Link
The first thing you will need to access your galley is a link! Once I have uploaded your sneak peeks, you will receive an email with a form that looks similar to the one below. This will give you the link to your gallery, show you some of my favorite images from the session, and explain the next steps in the process!
Accessing the Gallery
To access the gallery, you will need to input your name and email into the fields on the screen.
When you provide this information, it creates your own personal account where you can access all of your favorites, place images into specific folders, and purchase prints.
Picking your Favorite Images
The best way to pick out your favorite images, is to use a “favorites folder”. You can select images to put in that folder by clicking on the heart icon in the top left hand corner of the image.
If you click on a specific image to enlarge it, you can see the heart icon is now at the bottom of the screen, along with other icons you can use.
Gallery Tabs and Folders
In the dock, directly to the right of the logo, are two options. There is a “Gallery” tab as well as a “Shop” tab. The “Gallery” tab is currently in bold in the screen shot above. This means we are looking at the Gallery. Just below the bold “Gallery” tab are three folders. There are the “Preview Gallery”, “Christmas Card Images”, and “Final Gallery” folders available for this gallery. The title directly above the first row of images will tell you which folder you are viewing in the gallery.
Shop Tab
In the dock, directly to the right of the logo, we see our two options again. This time the “Shop” tab is in bold in the screen shot above. That means we get to shop!
Once you click on a print option of your choice in the previous window, it will open up to this screen. I chose the “Large Format Prints” options as you can see in the top right hand of the screen. You can also access this window by clicking on the shopping cart icon on the images.
Here you can see the sizes that are available for this print option, the finish quality available in the bottom right of the screen, and the images available to print on the left side of the screen.
Make sure you select the “Final Gallery” tab in the drop down menu immediately above the images on the left side of the screen.
Once you have designed your master piece, you can use the black button that says “Add to Cart”, at the bottom right hand of the screen to add it to your cart.
Downloading Images
Once you receive your final gallery you will get to download all of the images within that final gallery. You can download individual images by hovering over the desired image and clicking on the icon that looks like a cloud with an arrow pointing out of the bottom of it. You can see an example of this in the screen shot above. The black and white image in the top row of images is displaying the icons because I was hovering over it. The download icon is the cloud looking icon in the top right hand corner.
You can also download all available images by clicking on the “download icon” next to the “Shop Now” button at the top right corner of the screen. When you click this icon, it will give you the opportunity to input an email you would like to receive a zip file of all the images.
Very Important Note
The images will not directly download to your photos file or application. You will need to go to your downloads folder and save them to your camera roll from there, or move them to your photos folder.
Once you have allowed your device to download the images, look in the locations that device will send downloaded content. If you are on a computer, you can click on the download icon in the top right hand of the screen to see where the downloads are located or search for it in your computer search. On an iPhone, you can go to the “Files” application an look for your images in the download folder. You can search for this application on your phone or just search for “downloads” on your phone as well.
